Project: Device driver development and test, validation and sustenance of Red Hat Linux 6.1 on Dell PowerEdge computers (Client: Dell Computers)

Design, development and testing of multi-threaded PERC2/CS device drivers for Dell PowerEdge (2300/43X0/63X0) platforms using C in Red Hat Linux 6.1

Creating system test plan and writing test scripts in Tcl/Tk for testing device driver. 

System testing of "process management" in Red Hat Linux 6.1 on Dell PowerEdge platform by writing test scripts in Tcl/Tk and C.

Implementation of web-based defect logging, testing and approval system (to be put up on Dell website) using HTML and Java.

Unix network programming in C: wrote multi-process and multi-threaded clients and servers employing TCP/IP, datagram and Unix socket protocols.

Project: Resource Utilisation System 
Team Leader (Team size: 4 members)

Wrote distributed client server (multi-process) software in C to monitor resource utilisation. It involved filling up timesheets by employees, approval by IT Manager, task and time allocation by Project leader, and report-generation based on criteria specified by user. The software utilized the ncurses library of C to give it a user-friendly and interactive interface.
